Rachel a REPS level 2 qualified instructor, certified Zumba Instructor ( and local lass!) will take you through an hour long class with heart raising cardio to BURN fat and toning exercises focusing on our most needed areas. All classes are suitable for all abilities and it really doesn't matter if you aren't going the right way - just have fun! Classes are a mixture of traditional aerobics, combat moves, dance aerobics and generally just moving! Music is motivational and makes us all smile !
