Zumba GOLD - New Class Coming soon to Stonehouse Area in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire for sale

Hi I'm Rachel a REPS Level 2 qualified Aerobics Teacher and cerrtified Zumba Instructor and Zumba Gold Instructor. I have a new class coming soon to the Stonehouse Area, specialising in Zumba Gold. So we've all heard of Zumba, so what is Zumba Gold? Well it is still Zumba, great fun and a super way to lose weight and make friends but the class is specifically designed to be suitable for returners to exercise and the active older generation. The moves in our routines minimise impact, and help mobilise joints in addition if you have had a hip or knee repalcement, this is an excellent class for you as we also minimise across body turning.
